We would prefer to answer your queries via a telephone call or a visit to our premises. However, the following are examples of some of the commonly-asked customer questions.

1. Are your Radiators oil-filled? 
   No. They only contain a water-based solution chosen for its effectiveness in heat transmission.
   
2. Do the Radiators require regular maintenance? 
   All radiators are fully tested prior to dispatch, and as sealed units require no routine maintenance.
   
3. In what colours are they supplied in?
   We can powder paint all radiators, with the exception of the chrome series, in  most BS or RAL colours. 

4. Can I use the radiators in a bathroom?
   Yes, when fitted with the bathroom control (RC 11) and installed in accordance with current regulations.
